At Animefy, all sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate processing of your image transformation, we cannot offer refunds once a payment has been processed.
Our Anime-style image transformation service begins processing immediately after your payment. Our artists and AI systems dedicate resources to your specific transformation request as soon as it's received. This immediate commitment of resources makes it impossible for us to offer refunds.
We are committed to providing high-quality Anime-style transformations of your images. Every transformation undergoes a quality check before delivery to ensure it meets our standards. If you believe there are significant technical issues with your transformation, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your transformed image.
While we don't offer refunds, in cases of provable technical failure on our part, we may offer to reprocess your image at no additional cost.
When you make a payment through our platform, you acknowledge and agree that you are initiating an immediate, non-refundable payment for our image transformation service. Your payment authorizes us to begin the transformation process immediately.
As noted on our checkout success page, transformations typically take 10-15 minutes to complete. In some cases, particularly during high-volume periods, this process may take longer. Delayed delivery beyond our estimated timeframe does not qualify for a refund, but we will always work to deliver your transformation as quickly as possible.
